Who likes short-shorts? Ashley Tisdale steps out in tiny shorts and a tiger shirt


She plays sexy cheerleader Savannah Monroe in TV show Hellcats.

And Ashley Tisdale is clearly very comfortable with the skimpy costumes she wears on set.

The 25-year-old stepped out today wearing a tiny pair of shorts and a bright orange T-shirt with a tiger on it.

And judging by her extremely trim and toned figure, Tisdale has been working hard to stay in shape.

The High School Musical star says, 'It’s awesome to be able to work out for your job all the time.

'I am constantly working out with my trainer. I’m on a more healthy diet. I have a cheat day, though. It’s a very healthy way of living, I must say. It’s a lot of fun.'

And she admits that carbs are her weakness when it comes to indulging in a treat.
'Something involving bread or pasta' is how she describes her cheat food.

The actress was seen wearing a far more conservative outfit yesterday, in sharp contrast to today's thigh-baring look.

She wore a lacy dress to go out to breakfast with her parents in Toluca Lake. And in the pretty dress and grey heels, she looked every inch the perfect daughter.

Disney star Tisdale claims she still stays close to all her Disney co-stars.

'The cast is growing up and we’re doing our own projects but I have to say there is a tight bond with all of us,' she tells People Magazine.

Hellcats in being shown on the CW Television Network.

The show revolves around Marty Perkins, played by Alyson Michalka, a girl from the wrong side of the tracks.

She loses her education scholarship and joins the Hellcats in a bid to stay at school.

Described as 'peppy and petite' with 'fierce intensity', Tisdale's characeter Savannah clashes with Marty Perkins.
